Question 1

What is IPTV and how does it work in the UK?

Accepted Answer

IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. Instead of receiving television broadcasts through a satellite dish or traditional aerial/cable line, live TV channels and on-demand films are delivered directly to your device over your UK broadband connection using a compatible media player app.

Question 2

Which devices can I use to watch IPTV in the UK?

Accepted Answer

Our service works on virtually all modern streaming hardware used in UK homes: Amazon Fire TV Stick (HD, 4K, and 4K Max), Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen), LG Smart TVs (webOS), Android TV & Google TV sets (Sony, Philips, TCL, Chromecast), Apple TV 4K, iPhone & iPad, Android phones/tablets, Formuler & MAG boxes, and Windows/Mac computers.

Question 3

Am I tied into a long-term contract or automatic direct debit renewal?

Accepted Answer

No, never. You choose a fixed term upfront: 3 Months (£29.99), 6 Months (£49.99), or 12 Months (£59.99 — just £5.00/month). At the end of your chosen period, access stops automatically unless you choose to renew manually. There are no rolling contracts, no price hikes mid-term, and no surprise charges.

Question 4

How quickly after ordering do I receive my login credentials?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription credentials (Xtream Codes API login and M3U/EPG links) are prepared immediately after order confirmation. Within an average of 5 minutes, you receive your welcome message with step-by-step UK installation instructions.

Question 5

How does the 7-day money-back guarantee work?

Accepted Answer

If our service does not meet your expectations within the first 7 days after activation and our UK support team cannot resolve a technical issue for you, simply message our helpdesk and we will process a full refund.

Question 6

What UK broadband speed do I need for smooth 4K and FHD streaming?

Accepted Answer

For standard HD channels, we recommend a stable download speed of at least 15 Mbps. For Full HD (1080p) and 4K UHD broadcasts, we recommend 30 to 50 Mbps on UK fibre broadband (such as BT, Sky, Virgin Media, Vodafone, or Hyperoptic), ideally connected via Ethernet or 5GHz Wi-Fi.
