1. Scope of Service
Best Media UK provides fixed-term digital subscription credentials enabling access to IP-delivered media streams through compatible third-party media player applications. By placing an order or requesting a trial, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Fixed-Term Subscriptions & No Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions are offered for a fixed duration (3, 6, or 12 months) selected by the customer prior to purchase. Subscriptions expire automatically at the end of the paid term. We never set up recurring direct debits or automatic card renewals.
3. Simultaneous Connections & Acceptable Use
Each subscription plan specifies the permitted number of simultaneous active streams (1 Device, 2 Devices, or 3 Devices). Sharing credentials publicly or exceeding your plan's concurrent stream limit may result in temporary suspension of access to protect server stability.
4. Hardware, Broadband & Third-Party Player Apps
Customers are responsible for maintaining a stable broadband connection (minimum 15 Mbps recommended for HD and 30–50 Mbps for 4K UHD) and a compatible viewing device. Paid third-party player licences (such as TiviMate Companion or IBO Player activation) are independent software products not owned by or included in our subscription fee.
5. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of activation in accordance with our Refund Policy. Contact our support desk via WhatsApp or email with your order reference to request assistance or a refund.
