Step-by-Step Installation Instructions
Locate Your Box Type (Formuler vs MAG)
On Formuler boxes, open the built-in MyTVOnline 2 or MyTVOnline 3 app. On MAG boxes, go to Settings > System Settings > Network Info and note your 12-character MAC address (starting with 00:1A:79...).
Configure Formuler (Xtream API) or Register MAG MAC
On Formuler: select Add Portal > Xtream Codes API login, and enter your Server URL, Username, and Password. On MAG: send your 00:1A:79 MAC address to our UK WhatsApp support team so we can register it on our portal and give you the Portal URL.
Enter the Portal URL on MAG Settings
On MAG boxes, navigate to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals. Enter 'Portal 1 Name' and the 'Portal 1 URL' provided by our team, then press OK to save.
Reboot Portal & Load EPG
Restart the portal or connect on MyTVOnline. Your complete UK & international channel list, VOD library, and 7-day EPG will load automatically.
